Hopefully as users of QuantumCMS 4 you are all already aware of the Custom Form Builder. This form allows you to build one or multi-screen forms to gather information from your site visitors. Many of your sites use this feature for your contact form. You can also use this feature to generate surveys, simple RSVP forms, feedback forms, or just about anything you need. As always, please do not ask for information that is confidential or should be secured (credit card numbers, social security numbers, HIPPA data, etc.).
The screen below shows the updated configuration screen for a form. The Details tab is highlighted below, and you can see that the layout has not changed very much. You may notice that there is a Published checkbox instead of an Active checkbox now, bringing the naming conventions in line with the rest of the QuantumCMS authoring tool.

Once you have a form configured on your site, you may want to run a report to see all the responses instead of just sifting through all your email alerts. We have updated the report generator to make it easier to use with any custom forms you have created. The screen shot below shows an example of choosing a date range for a report.

As always, if you have questions about the Custom Form Builder or the reporting features within QuantumCMS, please feel free to contact us.
